Registration Policy
The Front Office Executive at Anant Multispeciality Hospital, Jabalpur will assist patients during the registration process. A Unique Hospital Identification Number (AHID) will be generated for every patient. This is a one-time registration number valid for a lifetime, used to maintain and access all medical records for future reference and treatment continuity.
Our staff will also provide treatment estimates and guide patients in selecting the appropriate room category based on their preference and medical requirements.

After completion of formalities, hospital staff will escort the patient to the allotted room or bed and ensure complete comfort. All admission and discharge procedures are conducted following strict medical protocols under nursing supervision.
Discharge Process
Our nursing team will assist patients with the discharge process, which may take a few hours depending on billing and medical clearance.
At the time of discharge:
The final hospital bill must be cleared via cash, credit card, or debit card.
Patients will receive their discharge summary, prescriptions, and follow-up instructions.
Nurses will explain medications and post-treatment care guidelines.
Personal belongings used during hospitalization will be handed over.
If ambulance assistance is required for transportation home, patients or attendants may inform the nursing staff for arrangements.
